By using the diagnostic, you agree to use it for professional-services talent, succession, continuity, and recruiting planning only.

Purpose of the tool

The diagnostic is designed to support succession planning, talent mapping, continuity planning, retention discussions, and recruiting conversations for professional-services organisations.

Not legal, financial, or HR advice

The tool provides business diagnostic information and suggested discussion areas. It is not legal advice, employment advice, financial advice, financial planning advice, or a final assessment of any person.

Confidential information

Users should not enter client names, privileged legal matter details, health information, compensation specifics, allegations, or unrelated personal information.

Enterprise reporting

Enterprise clients must decide whether reporting will be anonymous, named, or hybrid before inviting participants. Participants should be told which reporting mode applies.

Report interpretation

Reports are decision-support inputs. Findings should be validated through leadership discussions, interviews, and role-specific follow-up before any employment, succession, or recruiting decision.

No guarantee

Scores and recommendations are based on the information entered by users. They do not guarantee business outcomes, candidate availability, successful succession, retention, or hiring results.
